"Penny Lane" is perfectly located on the exclusive Emerald Island gated resort community, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. With 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, elegant and spacious Orlando vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 14 guests.
"Penny Lane" has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with luxurious furnishings, a large-screen TV, DVD Player and sound system - so you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). Step outside and there's an electrically heated private, screened, and sparkling-clear pool with a bubbling spa where you and your family can splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit in the sumptuous sun-loungers and soak in the rays. The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. If the weather closes in, or for a night of family fun - why not try out the games room, complete with a pool table, air-hockey game and basketball game.
The sleeping accommodation at "Penny Lane" includes 2 spacious master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, TV, dresser, nightstands, and walk in closet space. One master is located downstairs, with direct access to the pool deck. Both master suites enjoy a spacious, private master bathroom, one with his 'n' hers mirrored vanity basins, a roman tub and walk-in shower, and the other with a shower/tub and vanity – both with toilets. A third bedroomn provides a queen-size bed, dresser, TV, nightstand with lamp and closet space, with adjacent shared family bathroom. 3 further bedrooms offer perfect sleeping accommodations for the kids, 2 with 2 twin beds in each, an the third with a pyramid bunk bed with a full-size bottom bunk and twin top bunk.
The bright and airy kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need for that favorite family treat, or a simple snack. Choose to eat in the 'formal' dining area – which has a serving hatch from the kitchen, or in the breakfast nook – or why not eat al-fresco by the sparkling pool?
Set in luscious palm fronds and its own manicured landscape, the Emerald Island resort club house offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at this Disney vacation home. You can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. The 4,000 square foot club house at Emerald Island provides high speed Internet access with a number of computer terminals available for guests use. Or choose to sun yourself as you meet other guests around the heated community pool and spa pool.
