DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Our Florida Jewel is a 4 bed/3 bath executive villa, set on the beautiful resort of Emerald Island, the villa comprises:

Family room - with large entertainment centre, cable TV, VCR/DVD, music centre and Playstation 2. This room is complete with queen sleeper sofa and love seat.

Kitchen and breakfast nook - the kitchen is complete with everything including cooker with ceramic hob, all utencils, breakfast nook with dining table and chairs and bar stools.

Formal lounge and dining room - this beautifully appointed room comes complete oversize sofas occasional tables lamps dining table and chairs and cable tv

Master suite 1 - king size bed, dresser, night stands and lamps TV/VCR and cable, telephone. Large walk in closet, master bathroom with full garden tub, separate shower, wc, hairdrier. Master suite 2 - queen size bed, set of drawers, night stands and lamps TV/VCR and cable. Plenty of closet space, bathroom with bath/shower and wc, hairdrier Twin 1 - twin beds, set of drawers, night stand lamps, plenty of closet space, TV/VCR and cable. Twin 2 - twin beds, set of drawers, night stand lamps, plenty of closet space, TV/DVD and cable, this room is brightly coloured for the children. Bathroom 3 - bath/shower, wc and hairdrier. This bathroom is between the twin rooms.

Games room - full size pool table, table football and dartboard, box of toys and games. Pool/spa - with an extended pool deck and raised spa this south facing pool is an excellent choice for relaxing. Complete with child safety net and pool furniture.

You will have full use of the community features during your stay which include- Fitness centre, large pool, spa/jacuzzi, sports complex, cyber cafe, games room, tenis courts, bike trails, playground, tiki bar, meeting room.
