DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Celebration villa has a spacious family room that opens onto our shaded lanai, to relax in during the day or evening, with over- stuffed sofas, a love seat and comfortable furnishings, cable TV, DVD, stereo and a VCR system-so you can watch your favorite movie or listen to your favourite music while on vacation.

Outside, the south-facing sparkling pool is electrically heated for your family to enjoy. There's a bubbling spa pool that can be optionally heated to provide the ultimate relaxation. Just take the time out to splash around, laze out in the warm Florida sunshine, or sit under the shaded lanai and relax.

The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all the doors leading to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms. The pool area also ample seating for all with luxurious upgraded pool furniture for entertaining alongside your own private pool.

Accommodation at Celebration Villa includes a spacious master bedroom that opens onto the lanai, with a king size bed with night stands with lamps, plus a 27 inch TV. This room also has a walk in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity basin toilet and walk in shower with separate access to the pool deck.

There is a further spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed, night stand, lamp and closet space, plus its own private master bathroom. For the kids there are two more bedrooms, each with twin beds, dressers with lamps, closets and a shared family bathroom.

The kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you need to prepare a special family feast together, or a quick snack to enjoy al fresco by the pool. There is a large fridge freezer with ice maker, large microwave, cooker, coffee makerand dishwasher. The large garage has full laundry facilities, washing machine and dryer. This vacation rental pool home is a non smoking property.
