DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Our beautiful Villa is situated on the exclusive resort of Emerald Island. Emerald Island makes the perfect haven after a day at the nearby attractions or shops and offers the luxury and privacy of a gated resort lifestyle in a secluded location, just off the 192 and West of I-4. Onsite facilities include: Clubhouse, swimming pool/spa; Tiki pool bar; Gym/fitness facility, sauna/steam room; Games room, a cyber café; Snack bar; Nature trail; Children's play area/park; Barbecue area; Tennis/Volleyball Court; 24-hour manned gate entrance; Manned reception and shuttle services to Disney Parks & other attractions.

Inside Emerald Hunny Pot Villa, you will find all of the latest features in vacation rentals. All rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated with a very high standard of furnishings throughout (sleeps up to 10). All cooking utensils/crockery etc provided, Oven/hob, waste disposal andfull size fridge/freezer with ice maker; Vacuum cleaner and Iron/ironing board provide; All bed linen and towels (including pool towels) provided; Full entertainment system, including 25 inch Cable TV, DVD player and movies and Cable TV in master bedrooms; Playstation 2 & games. Our beautiful home also includes a fully screened custom built heated pool with raised spa/jacuzzi (with removable safety barrier), under water light and separate heating controls with a separate Patio area, sliding patio doors from the lounge and bedroom area, and a charcoal barbecue and garden area.

Our brand new games room, finished August 2007, consists of a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, table football, dart board, 3 sets of golf clubs and an electronic American Football arcade game.
