“The Haven” at Emerald Island is our brand new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom executive villa. Set in peaceful countryside and surrounded by protected wetlands it is only three miles from the Disney entrance (yes – just a five minute drive). Sleeping 10 people it is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with many extra features not normally provided in rental homes.
The villa has an upgraded fully heatable pool with integral spa (separate heat controls on spa). The extended deck has a range of patio furniture, the perfect place to relax and cool off in the sparkling water.
We have four bedrooms including two master en-suites, one king and one queen – both have cable TV. Two twin bedrooms, with TV/video, share a further bathroom.
There are two living areas. The living room ,which incorporates a formal dining area, has two sofas, one converting to a queen bed, TV and CD stereo system. The comfortable family room, with sliding doors to the pool, has its own large screen TV with DVD and VHS video player. For the convenience of guests the telephone permits unlimited FREE local and long distance calls.
The upgraded luxury kitchen includes every major appliance – ceramic hob, waste disposal, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher etc. and is fully equipped for 10 people. A washer and tumble drier are also provided for your use. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a convenient breakfast bar and nook ideal for informal dining.
All rentals include automatic membership of the exclusive Emerald Island Resort and free use of all facilities on site. A 24 hour gated entrance provides security. Two minutes away is a 24 hour supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, bank and plenty of choices for dining. The villa is fully air conditioned with all linens and towels provided. Golfers have many top quality courses a short drive away with Mystic Dunes on the doorstep.
