DESCRIPTION OF HOME

This prestigious five star, 24 hour manned, gated community is the closest to Disney World and yet just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, five minutes from the nearby Formosa Gardens Centre with a huge supermarket, ATM cash dispensers, Pharmacy, Shops, Banks, Tourist Information, and a large choice of diners. For the golfers there are many wonderful golf courses close by including Disney Resort Golf.

Our Florida home features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, games room, heated pool with south facing and a conservation view with child safety screen. Our holiday home has been designed and furnished a professional interior designer, it has provided us with the perfect family vacation and we would like to share the home with you.

You can feel comfortable and relaxed in the immaculate, clean and spacious environment, with cathedral ceilings and air conditioning to keep you cool while you rest and recuperate. Alternatively, if you want fun, enjoy our separate games room with a full size pool table, air hockey table, bikes, and much more!

The covered pool and spa area backs to conservation land (not overlooked from the rear), south facing for all day long Florida sun, providing tranquility and privacy. In addition to all of the house amenities, you will be able to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, such as the clubhouse which is just a minute's walk away.

Resort facilities include a large swimming pool as well as a children pool, both are heated during the colder months. It also has a gym, a sauna, a game room, a cyber-cafe, a meeting room and concierge service. Outside, there is a Tiki-hut where you can enjoy drinks and snacks, a children playground, a volleyball court,Tennis Courts, a picnic and barbecue area. A hiking and biking trail winds through the resort.
