DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Nestled within protected wetlands, Emerald Island Resort is located 5 minutes from Disney World and the myriad of other attractions and activities.

After a day of exploring the sights and sounds of Central Florida, retreat through the winding palm-lined road that leads you to the Resort entrance into a prelude of community grandeur. At the gate you will be greeted by a friendly gate guard who opens the gate to your world of fun and relaxation. Explore the clubhouse where its pool and spa beckon you for a refreshing swim or relaxation by the pool.

My beautifully decorated townhome is only steps away from the clubhouse and amenities. This is non smoking end unit with a huge king size master suite with balcony, plus two additional rooms one Queen, one room with 2 single beds, and a queen sleeper sofa.

Large living room, dining room that accommodate six, fully equipped kitchen with all needed appliances, including refrigerator with ice maker. Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Home Amenities: Cable TV, DVD, VCR, free local and 800 calls, 3 TVs, hair dryers, all cooking utensils, linens and dishes.
