DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Take a top of the range home with over 3000 sq feet of space designed specifically for the Florida vacation villa market. Put it on a supersized 75 foot lot, back it up with a conservation view in Emerald Island's upscale Enclave - and you have Villa Largo at Emerald Island.

Now imagine entering through the turreted entrance way into a reception room that is 22 feet long by 14 feet wide, where you find the Living and formal Dining room. Pass on through to the open plan Family room, kitchen and nook which is open all the way up to the roof, and walk out onto the covered lanai leading to your own pool and spa. This is the space and airiness that typifies the Villa Largo family of vacation homes.

Try to imagine the comfortable furnishings, lamps, media armoire with 36 inch Cable TV and home cinema system with DVD and VCR. Add carefully chosen wall art featuring the popular Scottish artist Jack Vettriano and you are maybe just beginning to get the measure of our American holiday home.

Leading off the family room, and also opening onto the lanai and pool, you will find the first of our three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - this one has a US King bed and features art works by Scottish colourist Francis Cadell. Completing the first floor accommodation there is a pwder room, utility room and large double garage/games room where you will find table tennis and table football.

Upstairs the story is much the same. Two further master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - one of which occupies the turret - both feature US queen size beds. The remaining bedrooms are configured so that they share a bathroom Jack and Jill style - this means that every bedroom has direct access to a bathroom. Two of the rooms are themed childrens'rooms and two rooms have twin beds. In total, Villa Largo at Emerald Island comfortably accommodates 14 people - and this is suited to a number of different family and group combinations.

In this vacation home you will find that all linens and utensils are provided, plus fridge freezer, dish washer, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker - a real home from home. In addition, there is a laundry room with full size washer and drier - so no need to bring suitcases of clothes.

And where are we? Well we boast about our Location, Location, Location. We are less than 4 miles to the magic of the Disney attractions, adjacent to Splendid China and less than 1 mile to the Formosa Gardens shopping area on highway 192. There is easy access to the I4 freeway for the thrills of Universal (about 20 minutes), and quick get away to the gulf beaches just over an hour away. Orlando (McCoy International) Airport is 30 mins, Sanford 45 mins and Tampa one hour.
