Put on the short term rental market in 2004 and maintained by a small courteous management company, our luxurious non-smoking townhome is located in a wonderful and prestigious setting. It is tastefully decorated, clean and is literally only minutes away from Disney. An ideal base to visit all the local theme parks, giving you the possibility to return for a mid-day break before continuing the days adventure! If you wish to dine out, then why not visit one of the many local restaurants along the 192, just minutes away.
Our home is also one of only a few that can boast a wonderful view across a man made lake to the rear of the property, giving you the opportunity to relax and watch the wildlife either from our patio or master bedroom balcony. Worried about obtaining keys? With our code entry on the front door, you are not required to collect keys, so you can arrive any time after 4pm and just let yourself in!
New for 2006, we can now offer our guests Wi-Fi wireless high speed internet access from the comfort of our home at no extra cost.
The resort has gated entrances, with the main access manned 24 hours. All guests enjoy the free use of all the resorts amenities. Our home has air conditioning, together with ceiling fans to all bedrooms and lounge for your added comfort, TV’s to all bedrooms and lounge, CD / radio Hi-Fi, Cable TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 with 2 controllers and courtesy games, 2 telephones, radio alarm clock, Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, cooking utensils, small BBQ, all linens and towels, pool towels, washer, drier, ironing board and iron. A selection of outdoor games is provided, and for the more energetic, we provide 2 tennis racquets and a tube of 3 balls.
