The villa is fully furnished and air conditioned, and comfortably sleeps 6-8. The master bedroom is ensuite (with walk in double shower) and has a balcony, which overlooks woodland. A double and twin bedroom shares a second bathroom (with shower and bathtub). All linens, towels (including pool towels), blankets and pillows are supplied.
The villa has a large family area, furnished with sofas, coffee table, 42 inch cable television and DVD player. Patio doors lead out to a small patio area.
The kitchen is fitted out with a large electric oven and hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. All cutlery, china, glasses and cooking equipment are also provided.
The utility room contains an automatic washing machine and dryer together with an iron and ironing board.
There is a telephone in the villa – local/national and international calls are FREE of charge. There is FREE use of the internet and Wi-fi from the clubhouse.
There is a set of golf clubs, also tennis racquets and pool floats for your use in the villa.
The villa will be cleaned professionally prior to your arrival and again after you have left. There is no maid service during your stay but additional cleaning can be arranged for a small fee. Trash is collected from the villa door.
