DESCRIPTION OF HOME

Situated Just off Highway 192, our villa is in the closest community to the Magical Walt Disney World, just a 5 minute drive to the home of Mickey Mouse! Emerald Island is a private, premier development, only a 30 min drive from Orlando Int. Airport, & within walking distance of the numerous restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The villa is fully air conditioned throughout. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms providing 2 master suites and a further 2 bedrooms with adjacent bathroom.

Emerald Island is a prestigious gated and guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a conservation area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. Once there you can use all the facilities provided within the resort, which include the clubhouse sauna, fitness centre, games room, Internet cafe, Tiki Bar, Heated communal pools & spas, Tennis & Volleyball courts.
