Thiss magnificent 6 bed, 4.5 bath sleeps up to 14 guests and so is ideal for family groups. It offers a secluded south facing, oversize heated pool (30x14ft, the largest size possibly built), with underwater lighting, separately heatable spa, and full lanai.
This beautifully furnished home is professionally equipped to an extremely high standard that does not only include necessities but much more. Features such as a 60 inch widescreen TV, a cosy kids den upstairs that is equipped with an Xbox with top games and DVD), free long distance and international phone service so you can contact family and friends, a gamesroom (includes quality air-hockey table, football table and pool table, fun for the whole family). If you have little ones then we offer free use of highchair and crib, TV/DVD in all master bedrooms are all included and much more. What more could you want?
You will be spoilt for choice when deciding which room to relax in. There are two family living areas, both furnished with sumptuous sofas, marble coffee tables and plants. Watch a DVD on the massive television in the family room or find some quiet time to yourself in the separate lounge on an overstuffed sofa or love-seat. The kids can enjoy the Disney theme playroom/den with Xbox and choose from a selection of games, or for the teenagers why not the games room equipped with air-hockey, football and pool table?
The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need so that you can cook a family banquet. Choose to eat in either the formal dining area, the breakfast nook or even on the exterior overlooking the pool. As well as all that, there is a laundry room just off the kitchen with full size washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
All bedrooms are more than comfortable and have that special something to ensure a peaceful sleep each night. The two elegant master bedrooms have soft king sized beds with dresser, TV, clock/radio, roomy storage and closet space. There is also another king sized bedroom upstairs. The ground floor master has a view of the pool where you can see the sunrise each morning. Each master bedroom has its own plush en-suite bathroom, and throughout the house there are many upgrades to ensure your stay is as comfortable and luxurious as possible, such as the 'his and hers' marble washbasins and floor tiles throughout the house.
The remaining bedrooms are perfect for the kids. They have a choice to sleep in either the twin bedrooms of the following themes; The boat room, The Mickey and Minnies bedroom or the Winnie the Pooh bedroom all equipped nightstands, lamps and closet space. All bathrooms (with washbasin, shower, and toilet) are next to the bedrooms.
